"I do fraudulent conveyances for a living. I'd give this text a solid "B" but no more. Many of the cites do not have page numbers, forcing the reader to search the whole case only to find that it did not hold that Peter said it did.
By way of example, in one section Peter says California overruled a case regarding proving fraudulent conveyances by clear and convincing evidence, citing a particular case without a page number.
But when you went to the case, yes the Court overruled the decision but on completely different grounds and only to the extent of the issues on appeal which had nothing to do with the burden of proof. In short, sloppy research. I found other instances of this as well.
This being said, the text is a well put together outline which will give you quite a bit of cases for any brief you are writing--just double check the cites and read his cases carefully."
