"Great Beginner is right! Every new law student needs to buy a Black's Law Dictionary before they begin classes to understand the language they will be reading. If you don't understand the initial issues in a case, you won't understand subsequent issues of law that build on that issue. Buy a dictionary...and use it!"

"I am enrolling in law school for the fall of 2010. I have no idea about the legal terms. I thought that I needed to start with the terminology to understand what I am going to read. I bought few law books to familiarize myself and the dictionary is an excellent tool to grasp and understand what you are reading. You cannot go by without it!!!!"
